Choose from man-made rapids, which guarantee lots of white water excitement, or try white water rafting in the Scottish Highlands or Welsh mountains where you’ll enjoy all the excitement in beautiful, unspoilt surroundings. With natural rapids, white water rafting is dependent on water levels, so can only run if the water is high enough.
After a thorough safety briefing, you’ll enjoy travelling down river on a beautiful raft whilst being professionally looked after by a qualified instructor. For man made rapids the session begins with a safety talk and tuition to perfect your paddling technique. Then, under the guidance of your qualified instructor you’ll travel in the inflatable raft up to 5 times in the 2 hour session.
When can you go?
Monday - Sunday (selected dates depending on the venue), March to November for manmade, October to March for the natural.
The total experience lasts approximately 2 hours at manmade venues and 2 - 3½ hours at the natural.
